OM Chanting

Join us for OM Chanting in Summerville, SC.

On Friday, February 24, 2017, at 6:00 PM EST, we will be uniting in our intentions to bring Unity, Peace and LOVE to our country, and the world.

With the Grace of Mahavatar Babaji and our Beloved Gurudev Paramahamsa Vishwananda we can stand together as pillars of light and spread peace and harmony to ourselves, our neighbors, our country and our planet.

What is OM Chanting?

OM Chanting is a power group healing technique introduced by Paramahamsa Vishwananda for the modern age. By chanting OM within a specifically arranged group of people, the power of OM is enhanced and amplified.

Entering into the OM Chanting circle helps to release emotions, thoughts, and negative energy. Participants experience positive shifts in emotional, mental and physical well-being thereby bringing about peace, joy and Love into one’s life.

To be able to do OM Chanting, one does not have to belong to any religion or follow any spiritual path. One is only required to chant OM continuously for about 45 minutes while sitting in a group in a specific arrangement.

Arrive by 5:50 PM, so we may start promply at 6:00 PM.

Please consider a donation of $5 for the use of the space at the Serenity Center. Thank you!

***To enhance your experience, bring a bottle of water to sip on and a pillow, cushion or blanket to sit on during the chanting.***

I’m back!

It certainly has been awhile since I’ve last blogged, yet I am excited to be writing this now.

Over the last year or so, I’ve spent much time and effort, peeling away the  “old” layers that haven’t served my highest good for some time.  It took leaving my home state, where I lived for all my life, relocating 1,000 miles away from friends and family for me to really dig in to get to the deep stuff that really needed to go.  This was a process… and continues to be a work in progress. Sound familiar?

Leaving my home state, felt like I literally pulled up roots – leaving behind extended family, friends and colleagues that were a part of my life.  Yet – I was no longer happy in little Rhode Island, I longed for warmer weather, sun and friendlier people.  I am blessed to have a dear friend who allowed me the opportunity to come to Charleston, SC to start over. I am forever grateful for the kindness, love and generosity that she gave me, allowing me to continue to grow and evolve.

Charleston became my new home, a beautiful area, on the coast, with lots of shoreline to explore.  Also, known as the Low Country – because it is at or in some areas below sea level, therefore flooding is not  uncommon during rain or storms.  The people are mostly friendly – there are many other transplants from all over the US and world, who make Charleston their home.  It is also known as the Holy City – as it is smack dab in the Bible belt of our country.  There is literally a church on every corner, or at least it seems that way.  And the pace of life is quite different here than up North, as it is substantially slower. Definitely something I am still adjusting to.

I have been blessed to attract other like-minded people into my life.  Everyone that I have the honor of having in my life has these qualities… they are genuine, authentic, honest, transparent and have huge hearts!  They have lovingly encouraged me to remember who I am, and to continue to strive to fulfill my true purpose.

So here I am, heeding to the call, again…
